Job Position: Bike Rider
Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Safely operate a motorcycle to transport goods, supplies, and other items as required by the bakery.
  2. Deliver packages to customers promptly and in good condition.
  3. Ensure on-time arrival at delivery destinations.
  4. Handle deliveries for events within and outside the city as assigned.
  5. Support occasional office errands and pickups.
  6. Plan routes effectively, considering traffic, road conditions, and weather.
  7. Use navigation tools to find the most efficient delivery routes.
  8. Follow all traffic regulations and adhere to company safety standards.
  9. Conduct regular checks on the motorcycle and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Valid motorcycle rider’s permit
  2. Proven experience in driving motorcycles
  3. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation applications
  4. Experience working with a delivery company
  5. Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations
  6. Ability to plan efficient routes and adjust for road conditions
  7. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  8. Professional demeanour, reliability and strong communication skills
  9. Physically fit and able to lift/move packages if necessary
