Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
Job Requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Implement and manage employee benefit programs.
- Develop and manage employee training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers to help improve performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Meet with the management to identify HR needs and priorities and provide advice and guidance on HR issues.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR information system to ensure accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with current HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- HND/BSc in Human Resources or other related fields
- Individual must be smart, highly attentive and ready to work
