Job Position: Brand and Communication Manager

Job Description

  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adapting Fina Trust MFB branding strategy for the target market and is also responsible for building that awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize profits.
  2. ​​​Development of branding strategies, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term to a line with group branding standards.
  3. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  4. Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  5. Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
  6. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  7. Competitor and customer insights analysis
  8. Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
  9. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  10. Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  11. Generating new business leads.
  12. Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  13. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  14. Oversee to Marketing storm by working alongside with the Regional Managers and Marketing teams.
  15. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  16. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  17. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Effective communication of all Branding activities to the bank.
  2. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
  3. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  4. Market storm.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, marketing strategy
  2. At least 4-5 years experience
