Job Position: Brand Communications Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Conduct consumer and market research
  2. Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy
  3. Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  4. Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments
  5. Managing projects through various stages of development
  6. Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders
  7. Managing budgets to support branding efforts
  8. Organizing and travelling for events such as product launches, marketing campaigns, project briefs, exhibitions and photo shoots
  9. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  10. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  11. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  12. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities, oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  13. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
