Job Position: Brand, Content and Creative Design Lead

Job Description
- As the Brand, Content and Creative Design Lead, your job responsibilities include the following:
Brand Strategy and Creative Direction:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Zone’s vision and values
- Provide creative direction for all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms
- Lead the evolution of Zone’s visual identity and brand guidelines
Design Leadership:
- Oversee the creation of all design deliverables, including marketing materials, website design, app interfaces, and internal communications
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs
Video Production:
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and corporate communications
- Oversee the entire video production process, from story boarding to final delivery
Graphics Design:
- Create visually stunning graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
- Ensure all graphic designs align with Zone’s brand identity and marketing objectives
Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that effectively communicate Zone’s value proposition
- Oversee the creation of visual content that supports SEO, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing and UX:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Contribute to the development of 360-degree digital strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of design and brand initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies and optimize ROI
