Job Position: Brand Management Executive

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collate data, prepare reports, and provide administrative functions to the MD
  2. Follow up on meetings for MD in other to confirm availability and readiness of all parties involved.
  3. Prepare paperwork needed for meetings and projects
  4. Ensures the seamless running of the Executive office.
  5. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all projects/events from the executive office are implemented within budget and specified time frame.
  6. Develop agenda and take minutes of meetings.
  7. Provide strategic/operational support and carry out other duties as delegated.
  8. Facilitate company awareness through social media channels.
  9. Identify social media content which will showcase the company’s services
  10. Implement brand management strategies and create actionable plans
  11. Work with graphic designers to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
  12. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between clients, sponsors, and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience with respectful and appropriate engagement.
  13. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  14. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Administration or other Social Sciences
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

  1. At least 5 years of relevant brand strategy development and management experience.
  2. Savvy in translating research results into clear, actionable insights and implications
  3. Ability to influence and independently manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  6. Social media savvy. Ability to use social media platforms fluently
  7. Excellent use of MS Office suite.

Remuneration and Compensation Package

  1. Monthly remuneration is from N120,000 – N150,000 NET
  2. Health Insurance
  3. Pension.
