Job Position: Brokerage Admin Assistance

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in clerical tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting, etc
  2. Performs data entry/scanning.
  3. Completes first screen of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc.
  4. Assists raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.
  5. Answers phone calls from partners and other offices.
  6. Operates scanning station for imaging.

Job Requirements

  1. Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  2. Strong typing skills
  3. Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to the management team
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
