Job Position: Builder / Construction Supervisor / General Foreman
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Builder, Construction Supervisor, or General Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations for ongoing construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and enforcing safety and quality standards on-site.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily site activities and construction operations
  2. Supervise and direct site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors
  3. Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements
  4. Track daily labour and material usage and prepare progress reports
  5. Work closely with site engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve issues
  6. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress
  7. Enforce health and safety protocols among workers and report incidents immediately
  8. Maintain daily logs of work done, workforce attendance, and equipment usage
  9. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate to management proactively.
  10. Keen eyes for straight (vertical and horizontal) lines, surface finishes and finishing detailing
  11. Daily or weekly site reporting,

Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc. Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  2. At least 5 years of experience supervising construction activities
  3. CORBON registration
  4. HSE Level 1–3 Certification (or active process)
  5. Strong reading and interpretation of architectural/structural drawings
  6. Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  7. Proficient in site documentation and reporting
  8. Must be physically fit and willing to work under pressure on fast-paced sites.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
