Job Position: Business Administration Manager

Job Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

  • The Business Administration Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Acting as a deputy in most cases, you will be counted upon to manage the day-to-day knowledge of the client’s business with regard to sales, people management, operational management, market position, and growth opportunities.
  2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of administrative professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  5. Streamline and optimize administrative processes to improve overall operational performance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  7. Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  8. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through proactive measures.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on financial and operational performance to senior management.
  10. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  11. Strategically align administrative processes to enhance guest experience
  12. Renegotiate vendor contracts to obtain better rates
  13. Ensure customer service is top notch
  14. Engage with potential partners of the businesses
  15. Handle personnel management (recruitment, leave approvals, consequence management, etc)

Job Requirements

  1. A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  2. At least 5 previous supervisory experience in Hospitality
  3. Proven track record of financial management and administration.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  6. Familiarity with short-let serviced apartment operations is a plus
