Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives.
- The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business process modeling
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools.
- Ability to create clear documentation (BRDs, use cases, etc).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
- Candidates should possess a BSc with 4 -7 years experience.
