Job Position: Business Analyst

Job Description

  1. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.
  2. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, and analyzing asset management data to drive business performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis:

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to asset management processes and performance.
  2. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Power BI Development:

  1. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize asset management data.
  2. Customize and optimize dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements Gathering:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI development.

Data Modeling:

  1. Develop data models and data relationships to support efficient data visualization and analysis in Power BI.
  2. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in asset management datasets.

Reporting and Visualization:

  1. Create and deliver timely and accurate reports, presentations, and insights to stakeholders.
  2. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making.

Process Improvement:

  1. Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes and systems based on data analysis and insights.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency gains.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  3. Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, report development, and data modeling.
  4. Experience in asset management or related fields (e.g., finance, operations, supply chain).
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  8. Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
