Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Identify problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  3. Understand business processes and workflows.
  4. Analyse business processes and recommend improvements
  5. Support project planning, testing, and implementation
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
  7. Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams
  8. Monitor KPIs and measure project outcomes

Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Ability to work with data, processes, and systems
  7. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
