Job Description

  1. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
  2. Assist in conducting current position assessments to understand business processes and system inefficiencies
  3. Work with team to develop wire frames, workflows, use case diagrams, flowcharts, and other analysis-type documentation.
  4. Prepare Standard Operating Manuals and other business policy documents
  5. Prepare strategy reports
  6. Complete and document any process mapping and process improvement requirements and documentations accordingly.
  7. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  8. Work with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
  9. Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing client relationships
  10. Conduct market research and prepare market research reports
  11. Lead and support business plans and proposal development
  12. Contribute to the coordination of new business set up efforts
  13. Research and identify development trends, prospects and growth opportunities across various industries
  14. Recommend and provide insight into the best techniques in delivering solutions
  15. Facilitate successful delivery of project requirements to meet client specification.
  16. Manage project information and data for decision making
  17. Prepare and communicate project results at the end of every project
  18. Prepare business reports, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists etc.
  19. Identify and initiate projects, manage resources, driving the resolution of issues, and hold self and team accountable for results
  20. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
  21. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  22. Assist in the preparation of training documentation for internal and external purposes
  23. Ensure smooth transition from Project to Support with necessary documentation
  24. Participate in the problem resolution
  25. Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible new ideas to management
  26. Perform other tasks to support the organization.
