Job Description
- Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Are you open-minded, ready to learn, and passionate about personal growth? MISHRA Consulting is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Assistant.
- No prior experience is required – we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including Business Administration/Management, Law, or other social science fields.
Job Responsibilities
- Training and Personal Development: Engage actively in the training and personal development initiatives of the company. Embrace a learning mindset and seize opportunities for growth from beginner level.
- Business Correspondence: Draft business letters and other relevant documents as required by the company. Develop effective communication skills and attention to detail in written communication.
- Email Management: Manage the Business Development email account under the approval of management. Demonstrate proficiency in email etiquette and professional communication.
- Meeting Participation: Attend planning and strategy meetings, book reviews, and catch-up meetings. Learn to contribute ideas and insights to team discussions and projects.
- Client Engagement: Engage potential and active business clients via email, phone calls, and follow-up letters with approval from management. Learn to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Recruitment Support: Sit in interviews and provide feedback on candidates based on predefined parameters. Gain insight into the recruitment process and develop an understanding of hiring criteria.
- Business Development:Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth. Contribute actively to the achievement of organizational goals and targets.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities. Learn to analyze data and draw actionable insights to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Law, or a related Social Science field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment.
