Job Position: Business Branding and Marketing Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
The Business Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all Business Marketing Assistants across all regions.
This role ensures the consistent execution of OPPO’s branding, marketing logistics, and promotional campaigns nationwide.
The ideal candidate will manage regional operations, supervise branding installations, coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, and ensure all marketing initiatives meet OPPO’s quality, safety, and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all Business Marketing Assistants across regions to ensure smooth marketing and branding operations.
- Coordinate and monitor nationwide branding installations (e.g., billboards, lightboxes, shop heads, wall drapes, shop-in-shop displays).
- Ensure consistency and compliance of brand identity across all regional marketing executions.
- Oversee the dispatch and logistics of marketing materials and promotional assets to all regions.
- Manage the charging and documentation process for all OPPO branding and advertisement activities.
- Support the company in sending and tracking marketing materials to regional outlets and partners.
- Ensure all regional branding structures are well-maintained, timely repaired, and meet safety standards.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regional marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and present reports on regional marketing performance and asset deployment.
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to regional marketing assistants.
Educational Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, branding supervision, or regional marketing operations.
- Age: Must be above 28 years.
- Strong understanding of brand management, marketing logistics, and outdoor advertising.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in report writing, vendor coordination, and regional project supervision.
- Willingness to travel across all regions as required.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
