Job Position: Business Developer, Sales Manager

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
  2. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  3. Foster a positive and competitive team environment.

Sales Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  2. Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
  5. Maintain and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Performance Monitoring:

  1. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on team progress.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities.

Marketing Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  2. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Skills:

  1. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  3. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / month.
