Job Description

  1. We are looking for an energetic Business Development officer to help us expand our clientele.
  2. He/she will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  3. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  5. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  7. Initiate and close-up contracts deals.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years work experience.
  3. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role most preferably in a banking sector.
  4. Proven sales track record.
  5. Experience in customer support is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.
  7. Proficiency in English.
  8. Market knowledge.
  9. Communication and negotiation skills.
  10. Ability to build rapport and prepare tender document.
  11. Time management and planning skills.
