Job Position: Business Developer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Create and present business proposals to prospective clients.
  4. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promote new products/services.
  6. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote the company.
  8. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in Travel & Tour/International education Industry would be an added advantage.
  2. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  3. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  4. Strong project management skills.
