Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Business Developer who will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and driving sustainable business growth.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments or geographic regions
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure a consistent flow of sales
  3. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends
  4. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to prospective clients
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
  6. Meet or exceed established revenue targets
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as required
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
