Job Description

  • As part of the Business Development and Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • This role involves conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying potential partnerships to enhance our market presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies and action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide support in the evaluation of strategic investments and business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles (minimum of [2] years).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
