Job Position: Franchising and Business Development Assistant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing for new franchisees. Ensuring franchise growth and expansion.
  2. Generate new corporate clients and channels of business.
  3. Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise and advise management of new opportunities.
  4. Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
  5. Carryout other relevant functions as assigned by the Line Manager.
  6. Perform other activities required to achieve the Franchising and Business Development objectives.
  7. Offer continuous support to franchisees.
  8. Assist with stocking and restocking of franchisee stores and liaising with the engineering team for renovations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Management, Marketing,or its equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2 years working experience in Business Development or a similar role.
  3. Experience in a Retail Chain or FMCG company is highly preferable.

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to go an extra-mile (Passion for service).
  3. Analytical, versatile and strong knowledge of the economy.
  4. Excellent Marketing and Negotiating Skill.
  5. Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  7. Preferably female for gender balance.
