Job Description

  1. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team.
  2. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with a background in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other Social Sciences who are eager to kick-start their career in business development.
  3. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development initiatives and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  3. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
  4. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events related to business development activities.
  6. Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.
  7. Assist in the analysis of business performance metrics and preparation of reports.
  8. Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field in Social Sciences.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar role or in an administrative capacity.
  • Self Driven and Proactive, ready to break bounds
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
