Job Description

  • Our client is seeking highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associates to join its dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  6. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business prospects.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good understanding of business development strategies.
