We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Desciption

  1. Contribute to business development efforts to position Octamile as Africa’s leading digital insurance solutions and product company for insurers and non-insurance businesses.
  2. Find, create and close new business opportunities with new clients (predominantly from impressive existing pipeline and marketing initiatives)
  3. Sell Insurance solutions to corporate and individual clients.
  4. Develop your own network of Insurance agents which form your own team
  5. Make physical / telephone calls / e-mails to clients for customer interactions

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in sales /business development/partnership
  • Understanding and interest in Insurance
  • A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met
  • Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation and Sales targets
  • Must have demonstrated success in business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
  • Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
  • Strong computer skills – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
