Job Position: Business Development Associate

Job Locations: Abuja and Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

  1. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  2. Understand and implement the company’s strategy and business plan.
  3. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  4. Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
  5. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  6. Created bespoke acquisition strategy to acquire agents and strengthen retention.
  7. Conducted research and used findings to develop initiatives to grow agent networks.
  8. Work with the operations team to make materials collection cost effective for the company
  9. Proactively lead market penetration within assigned locations.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year working experience in Sales or related positions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Research & Strategy.

  • Microsoft office and G-suites.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
