Job Position: Business Development and Tender Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate, develop and execute strategic initiatives to favorably position the organization for maintaining profitable business execution
- Execution of tender activities and ensures safe and cost-effective solutions in tenders, assist in clarifications and negotiations with customers
- Leading major tenders and managing tender commercial
- Ensure the company is always compliant with existing as well as changing laws and regulations while ensuring and maintaining profitability of existing and incoming contracts
- Research, identify, and target new partners and client opportunities, building rapport to sustain long-term relationships based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations
- Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of Pre-Qualifications, ITT, RFQ through the NIPEX portal, Commercial Bid, and formal Tender submissions from receipt of requests from clients and review clarifications to award and handover to the execution team
- Monitor Tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance
- Conduct tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the business development/tendering field
