Job Position: Business Development and Tender Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Formulate, develop and execute strategic initiatives to favorably position the organization for maintaining profitable business execution
  2. Execution of tender activities and ensures safe and cost-effective solutions in tenders, assist in clarifications and negotiations with customers
  3. Leading major tenders and managing tender commercial
  4. Ensure the company is always compliant with existing as well as changing laws and regulations while ensuring and maintaining profitability of existing and incoming contracts
  5. Research, identify, and target new partners and client opportunities, building rapport to sustain long-term relationships based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations
  6. Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of Pre-Qualifications, ITT, RFQ through the NIPEX portal, Commercial Bid, and formal Tender submissions from receipt of requests from clients and review clarifications to award and handover to the execution team
  7. Monitor Tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance
  8. Conduct tender follow-up and negotiations.
  9. Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Possession of relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the business development/tendering field
