Job Position: Female Personal Assistant (with Marketing, Sales, and Client Acquisition Manager’s Roles)

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Personal Assistant to support our executive team with marketing, sales, and client acquisition manager’s roles.
- As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our executives, while also assisting in various marketing, sales, and client acquisition projects and tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing the schedules of executives, including arranging meetings and appointments, booking travel, and managing their calendars.
- Assisting in preparing and editing marketing and sales documents, presentations, and reports.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Coordinating and supporting the sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and prospects.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute client acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Handling incoming calls and emails and responding to them promptly.
- Managing the executives’ expenses and ensuring that all receipts and expenses are accurately recorded.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role with marketing, sales, and client acquisition experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, such as email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Experience in client acquisition and customer relationship management.
Remuneration
- Salary: N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
