Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities; negotiating and closing business deals whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service to our clients to enable us to achieve our business objectives.
  • The individual will also be responsible for the Company’s brand visibility and marketing via digital and other social media channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive business development initiatives and look for new, efficient ways to increase the patient base at the clinic.
  2. Promote the Clinic’s presence and visibility both online (social media platforms) and offline.
  3. Find new business opportunities and other medical-specific projects to enhance Clinic’s expansion.
  4. Organize and execute integrated marketing communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  5. Take responsibility for the Clinic’s digital presence (website, social media, etc.) brand management, and communications program.
  6. Market/Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  7. Monitor the Company’s presence on digital platforms and reach out to marketing leads through follow-up and cold calling
  8. Take responsibility for creating social media content including weekly newsletters and all outgoing media on behalf of the Company.
  9. Form partnerships with other hospitals to receive referrals for dental cases at our clinic.
  10. Develop connections and referrals with medical professionals, consultants, businessmen, and community leaders.
  11. Partner with other dental clinics to handle specialist cases they do not have the in-house capacity to treat.
  12. Work with HMOs to refer patients to the clinic.
  13. Visit schools to spread awareness and establish a long-lasting connection with the students.
  14. Make contact with people who have influence and who can spread the word about the clinic.
  15. Construct and deliver executive reports.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any related discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
  • Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Relationship and client management skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive nature.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
