Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identifying new business opportunities, initiating business development activities, and developing and managing key client relationships among others.
  2. Managing and executing the business development strategy and implementing tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
  3. Maintaining a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented.
  4. Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business.
  5. Keeping up to date with the financial markets.
  6. Following the guidelines set by the compliance department regarding processing client documentation according to Regulatory requirements.
  7. Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  8. Providing progress feedback to the management.

Job Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:

  1. A University Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or in any other related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the FX Industry is a must.
  3. Proven previous experience within the Nigerian market is a prerequisite
  4. Fluency in the English language (oral and written).
  5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  6. Excellent networking skills.
  7. Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
  8. Goal-driven personality; eager to learn and grow within the company
  9. Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
