Job Description

  1. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele base, drive sales and increase profitability.
  2. Candidate must be a self-starting business development executive, who will oversee the marketing activities and improve client acquisition and retention.
  3. The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethics and an insatiable appetite for growth.
  4. He/she is to manage the day to day marketing activities of the organisation, long term marketing /business development strategy for the business and ensure that the company leads in a competitive market. He/She will also be required to keep abreast with various property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
  5. The Business Development Executive will lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and emerging trends, recommend new products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships, write proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
  6. The Business Development Executive will work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, enhance the operation of the business, position and reputation of the company.
  7. The Business Development Manager will participate in negotiations and will be required to bring deals to a closure. He/She will be required to deliver positive customer experience to a distinguished client base, mostly diasporians.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 5+ years in sales, marketing and business promotion
  • Age: 25 – 35 Years
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
