Job Description
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Proactively identify and source potential business opportunities by regularly monitoring and navigating on NipeX and other platforms.
- Conduct thorough searches on NipeX and other platforms for relevant tenders aligned with the company’s expertise and services.
- Lead the end-to-end process of putting together comprehensive tender proposals, aligning with client requirements and specifications.
- Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company’s unique value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and send letters to clients, acknowledging receipt of inquiries, confirming tender submissions, and providing additional information as needed.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Openness to training and development.
Salary
N400,000 / month.
