Job Position: Business Development / Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
  2. Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  4. Proactively identify and source potential business opportunities by regularly monitoring and navigating on NipeX and other platforms.
  5. Conduct thorough searches on NipeX and other platforms for relevant tenders aligned with the company’s expertise and services.
  6. Lead the end-to-end process of putting together comprehensive tender proposals, aligning with client requirements and specifications.
  7. Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company’s unique value proposition and competitive advantage.
  8. Prepare and send letters to clients, acknowledging receipt of inquiries, confirming tender submissions, and providing additional information as needed.
  9. Analyze competitors and market conditions to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  10. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  11. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  13. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  14. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
  15. Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  16. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
  17. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  18. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  19. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  20. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Openness to training and development.

Salary
N400,000 / month.
