Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, and encouraging extant clients to purchase our digital services.
  2. To be successful in this role, you must have grit, can-do spirit, and the ability to knock on doors without taking NO for an answer. You must be a high target achiever using persuasive methods to improve your active client base and sales of all our digital services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company.
  2. Maximizing the universe of clientele to convert dormant clients to being active. Also, collaboration with the marketing department.
  3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  5. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  6. Crafting industry niche business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  8. Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 2-3 years of extensive sales experience.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Must be able to draft proposals and create compelling PowerPoint slides to win pitches.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.

Salary
N150,000.00; Performance on Target 100,000.00
