Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a talented and well-rounded Business development executive who will be responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  2. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  3. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  4. Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
  5. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with other Business units and Management.
  6. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  7. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  8. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  9. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  10. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  11. Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of HND qualification or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, information technology or other related field
  2. Experience in sales and the Information Technology field.
  3. A track record of generating leads and conversion to clients.
  4. A proven record of consistent KPI deliveries.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  6. Ability to relate technical information to non-technical clients/customers.
  7. Good leadership and team-working skills.

Nice to have:

  1. Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goal.
  2. Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  3. Understanding of IT Software development and lifecycle.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 + Bonus + Benefits, Pension.
