Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build good working relationships
  2. understand the needs of business customers
  3. Research the market and related products
  4. Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
  5. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  6. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by
  7. the prospective customer
  8. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
  9. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  10. Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  11. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
  12. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  13. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  14. Gather market and customer information
  15. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  16. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special

Job Requirements

  • The Ideal candidate must be a Degree holder in any discipline with 2 – 5 years work experience.
