Job Description

  1. We hiring for the role of Business Development Executive to steer the client acquisition and retention of the business.
  2. This position offers the opportunity to work on inspiring, creative initiatives and projects that expose the BDE to people and connections; build capacity through training and assignments.
  3. The role offers the opportunity to drive new business portfolios and clientele for Macwrites. The BDE will build capacity for networking and connections, and to manage projects.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Familiarise yourself with all products and services Macwrites offers.
  2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  3. Maintaining meaningful and professional relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  4. encouraging extant clients to purchase
  5. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  6. Craft business proposals and contracts
  7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive price agreements.
  8. Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary changes.
  9. Remain in tune with trends in portfolios to ensure that we offer relevant services.

Duties:

  1. Identify, pursue and pull in new businesses and partnerships
  2. Manage on-field projects as may be assigned
  3. Grow company revenue through increased sales and subscriptions
  4. Work with the marketing department to match the awareness-acquisition objective of Macwrites.
  5. Analyse marketing data for workable solutions

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a Degree / Understanding of Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management.
  2. Possess great Experience in sales
  3. Be intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  4. Possess the ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  5. Exude a professional yet affable disposition.
  6. Possess great networking skills.
  7. Be excellent in written and verbal communication.
  8. Be resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  9. Have the capacity to connect creativity with challenges
  10. This vacancy is for residents of any of the Southeast States, particularly, Imo State.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
