Job Description

  1. We are hiring a competent, dedicated, hardworking, passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities for growth within our organization. This position will grow to become a partnership position.
  2. The ideal candidate must:

  3. Business development involves identifying and creating opportunities for growth within an organization. The primary objective of a business development professional is to expand the company’s reach, increase revenue and foster long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

  1. Contributing to the development of the company’s overall growth strategy by identifying new market segments, assessing competitive landscapes, and recommending strategic initiatives to drive business expansion.

Proposal Development and Pitching:

  1. Creating compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the company’s products, services, or solutions.
  2. You will participate in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Identifying and Researching Potential Business Opportunities:

  1. This involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential customers, partners, or markets that align with Marquis’ strategic objectives.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  1. You are responsible for generating leads and establishing contact with potential clients or partners.
  2. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending industry events, or leveraging online platforms.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

  1. Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders is crucial.
  2. This may include meeting with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success.

Achieving Sales Targets and Objectives:

  1. You are responsible for meeting specific sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. You must monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
