Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. To assist in the customer sourcing, acquisition and conversion function majorly
  2. Actively seek out sales opportunity through cold calling and mailing, networking and social media and every other strategy with the aim to optimize employer client pool
  3. Set up meeting with potential client
  4. Prepare appropriate presentations of product/services
  5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conference
  6. Create frequent review and report with sales
  7. Collaborate with teams to achieve better results.

Job Requirements

  • OND / HND / HND in any field
  • 3-5 years experience in real estate sector or any related sector
  • Good customer service skill
  • Client engagement ability
  • Good communication and correspondence skill
  • Report writing
  • Proximity to Lekki is compulsory.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000, + commission, HMO, Pension and 13th month leave allowance.
