Job Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (In-person)

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and grow Punch’s sales pipeline by connecting with prospects through emails, calls, and video meetings.

This role involves driving growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the sales pipeline through consistent outreach via email, video calls, phone calls and other channels.
  2. Prospect and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  3. Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily to engage potential clients.
  4. Acquire and maintain accurate data in a CRM system like HubSpot or GoHighLevel
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and design proposals and demo our products.
  6. Understand client needs and align them with Punch’s digital services and products.
  7. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos scheduled, and deals closed.

Skills Required:

  1. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  2. Ability to research, analyse market trends, and identify potential clients.
  3. Confidence in pitching services, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot/GoHighLevel
  5. 6 months to 1 year of B2B technical sales or other relevant sales experience.
  6. Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
  7. A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
