Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to contribute to the achievement of our business growth objectives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them.
- Make recommendations to the Marketing team on sales strategies for improving profit and projecting the Company’s brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for client pitches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, external partners, and clients regarding logistics-related inquiries, requests, and issues
- Carry out market research to advise the Company on product price points, trending gadgets, industry standards, and competitor advantages and implement customer surveys.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and market insights to the management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
