Job Description

  1. Research on new solutions and technologies that can be sold to new and existing clients
  2. Understanding of solution scope, design and customer requirement
  3. Attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele.
  4. Keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
  5. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  6. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  7. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  8. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  9. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  10. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  11. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  12. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  13. Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  14. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar with certification in CompTIA Security +,CCNP, ITIL, PMP
  • 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

  2. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  3. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
