Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  2. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  3. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
  4. Closes new business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities
  5. Define and follow up yearly targets
  6. Build referral and lead generation network
  7. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve company’s growth
  8. Manage group of Real estate consultants
  9. Hunting and closing business at all revenue levels.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales of other relevant field
  2. Minimum of 3 years Business Development / Sales experience in Real Estate
  3. Strong client relationship management skills
  4. Excellent negotiation skills
  5. Have a desire to make significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  6. Proven ability to work independently
  7. Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
