Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Lead to drive market growth, lead client engagement initiatives, and build a high-performing business support team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building scalable systems that drive business success.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients
- Oversee branding, proposal development, and digital visibility efforts
- Lead and mentor a business support team (proposals, marketing, and client services)
- Identify and formalise strategic partnerships to expand market influence
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies with the firm’s vision
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5–10 years of proven experience in business development, strategic sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a business development or marketing team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Digitally savvy—comfortable turning digital engagement into measurable growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
