Job Position: Business Development Manager / Account Manager
Location: Lagos (Remote)

About the job

  1. Drive the strategic direction of the business development team to meet revenue goals
  2. Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to grow the business
  3. Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop tailored proposals and solutions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with product offerings
  5. Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the client base and enhance profitability
  6. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Zeal Group remains at the forefront of the market

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech or finance sector
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  4. Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
