Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
  2. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  3. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
  2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  3. Proven sales track record
  4. Experience in real estate is a plus
  5. Proficiency in MS Office
  6. Proficiency in English
  7. Market knowledge
  8. Communication and negotiation skills
  9. Ability to build rapport
  10. Time management and planning skills.
