Job Description
- As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our credit operations and expand our business portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assess creditworthiness of potential clients and recommend credit facilities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to attract new clients.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategies by identifying emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments and minimal default rates.
- Develop and implement credit policies and risk assessment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to design and implement client-focused financial solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports on credit activities, business development progress, and market trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and credit management in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
