Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities
This role is instrumental to ensuring the Target and KPIs of the Branch for the company is achieved. Key Accountabilities will include:

  1. Plan and implement sales and administrative strategy.
  2. Ensure a realistic sales targeting regime.
  3. Coach, Motivate and Discipline the branch team.
  4. Plan and manage branch team according to agreed targets which must be met
  5. Ensure availability of presales resource for all solutions at all times.
  6. Develop others to deliver at their best – HP Coaching.
  7. Must be able to work, Influence and integrate the team.
  8. Problem solver, Quick learner, planning, highly detail conscious.
  9. Have a huge passion for growing and developing others.

Job Requirements

  1. An MBA / M.Sc is key to this role.
  2. Graduate calibre with minimum of 5 years commercial experience gained across Sales/Enterprise marketing/Business Mgt/Leadership roles with a good track record of performance.
  3. Must be used to delivery sales tragets of not less than N3b.
  4. Good managerial and leadership skills.
  5. Good network of the Port Harcourt Enterprise market.
  6. Good communication skill-written and verbal, Good interpersonal skill essential
  7. Healthy and physical fit.
  8. A good driver with valid driving license.
  9. Very good presentation Skills.
  10. Valid Nigerian Passport.
  11. Must have good network of the market.
  12. Must be based in Port Harcourt.
  13. Previous Experience in a similar IT environment is an added advantage.
  14. Fantastic Presentation and Report Writing Skills.
  15. Time management and Organizational Skills.
  16. Analysis and Evaluation Skills
  17. Good IT Skills.
  18. Good Knowledge of the Region’s Market is a must.
