Location: Ojo, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue for our CBT centre.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the centre management to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and optimise sales processes, including lead generation, conversion, and closure
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- 6 – 8 years post NYSC experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer
