Job Description
- The Business Development Manager will lead the company’s business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Job Responsibilities
Business Opportunity Identification:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote the company’s services and capabilities.
Proposal Development:
- Develop proposals and presentations to win new business.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong portfolio of achievements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the pipeline construction industry.
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective business development plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
