Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  2. Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
  3. Identify immediate and long-term needs of clients for company’s products and services on such projects.
  4. Arrange meetings between Engineering & Procurement Companies and our partners.
  5. Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
  6. Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  7. Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports, tenders and presentations that will win the company contracts in on-going and up-coming projects.
  8. Define strategy for relating with each customer group and create a Customer Relationship Plan per group
  9. Interfacing with industry regulators and follow up on submitted tenders.
  10. Generate work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (P0)
  11. Effectively manage each customer account tensure sales targets are fully achieved
  12. Ensure full payment for all supplies and services
  13. Demonstrate consistent sales development success and target – driven achievements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

  1. A good Degree in Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Business Admin, Economics or related discipline while MBA as an added advantage.
  2. A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in similar position in oil and gas sector with records of accomplishment.
  3. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  4. Ability manage complex projects and multi-task.
  5. Excellent organizational skills.
  6. Ability flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
