Job Description

  1. Bytelabs is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Manager to take ownership of one of its products – Winfest, a pioneering platform revolutionizing the landscape of voting management.
  2. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to propel Winfest’s growth, possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a relentless drive for success.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and user engagement.
  2. Craft compelling messaging and positioning for Winfest, effectively communicating value propositions to target audiences.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  5. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  8. Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through content creation, PR, and event participation.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role or product marketing, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, with proficiency in digital marketing channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that is characterized by innovation, risk-taking, and a passion for driving business growth. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
